Customer Service Executive - Car Finance - Used Car Loans - Karimnagar - CVRN Road - CSE*
- Handle customer service activities related to used car finance and loans. - Assist customers with queries and provide support regarding car loan products. - Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of used car loans. - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide timely and accurate information to customers about loan eligibility and repayment options. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. - Support the sales and finance teams by coordinating customer requirements and documentation. - Manage customer follow-ups and assist in loan application processes. - Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies while dealing with customers. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.Job role
