Qualification - BHM / B.Sc. Hospitality / MBA 

Key Responsibilities: - 

Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire hotel. 

Ensure smooth coordination between all departments. 

Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. 

Monitor front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security. 

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

Develop strategies to increase room occupancy and hotel revenue. 

Monitor Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), and occupancy percentage. 

Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts. 

Control operational expenses and improve profitability. 

Identify opportunities for additional revenue through restaurants, events, banquets, and other hotel services. 

Maintain proper documentation and renewal of licences. 

Monitor monthly profit and loss statements. 

Approve departmental budgets and major purchases within delegated authority. 

Monitor vendor payments, procurement, and inventory management. 

Ensure financial reporting and internal controls. 

Ensure proper maintenance of hotel buildings, guest rooms, equipment, and facilities. 

Supervise preventive maintenance schedules. 

Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams. 

Monitor renovation, refurbishment, and property improvement works. 

Maintain swimming pools, gyms, spas, landscaping, and other guest amenities. 

Ensure compliance with applicable hospitality regulations and licensing requirements. 

Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, and security systems.
