Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
2. Handle customer billing, invoices and payment entries.
3. Manage customer renewals and payment follow-ups.
4. Maintain daily cash, bank and expense records.
5. Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST-related accounting work.
6. Maintain purchase and sales records.
7. Handle outstanding payments and collection reports.
8. Maintain accurate records in Excel and accounting software.
9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
10. Coordinate with customers regarding billing and payments.
11. Maintain staff salary, attendance and advance payment records.
12. Coordinate with the CA for accounting and tax documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
• Basic knowledge of GST, Tally and MS Excel.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage billing, accounts and customer follow-ups.
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Location: Ambethan, Chakan, Pune

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Note: This is an office-based job. Work from home is not available.
