Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard, certify, and manage Partners/Technicians
• Conduct training, reskilling, and upskilling programs
• Deliver field training through OJTs
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Support issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation, and FTTx device inspections
• Handle customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM updates, and software upgrades
• Train and support extended service points
• Manage complaints, out-calling activities, and coach Jio Associates
