Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing education team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, understanding their academic and career goals, and assisting them with the admission process for domestic and international education programs.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding suitable courses, colleges, universities, and study-abroad opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Guide students through the complete admission process and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update student records.
- Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal teams for applications and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, or Domestic Education Admissions.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in handling student/parent enquiries will be an advantage.
