Call Center Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers clearly and courteously.
• Understand customer queries, requirements, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, or accounts.
• Resolve customer issues within the assigned process guidelines.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
• Follow the prescribed call handling procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain required productivity, quality, attendance, and customer service standards.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of customer information.
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
