Inside Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• To generate leads and increase opportunities by building a well-defined and detailed Customer requirements.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Job Skills:

• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
• Strong sentence creator to send email campaigns.
• Experience in utilizing social networking Websites. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong Knowledge on MS Office specific expert to maintain Client Database.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Female candidates preferred for this job.

Preferred Languages: Malayalam, English

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner/ 30 days.
