Lead Generation & Cold Calling

  • Call print shop owners, publishing houses, and corporate buyers to pitch industrial or commercial printing works..
  • Cold call new market segments to build a steady sales pipeline.

Product Communication & Inquiry Handling

  • Explain the services we provide.
  • Handle incoming phone or web inquiries regarding works and services
  • Route high-potential or ready-to-buy clients directly to senior field sales executives or technical engineers.

Follow-Up & Relationship Management

  • Conduct scheduled follow-up calls with warm leads who requested quotations.
  • Maintain active communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business or referrals for new supplies
  • Address preliminary post-sale feedback or forward technical complaints to the customer service department.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set for call volume, lead generation, and meeting fixations.
