Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and highly target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team.

This position involves exclusively field-based sales activities, with a primary focus on generating new leads, approaching prospective customers, building customer relationships, and converting leads into confirmed sales/admissions.

Candidates must have a strong sales mindset, be comfortable with field travel, and be motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate quality leads through field visits, direct customer interactions, referrals, and market development activities.

Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.

Explain our courses and services to prospective customers and guide them towards suitable options.

Convert generated leads into confirmed admissions/sales through effective follow-ups and negotiations.

Achieve assigned lead-generation, sales conversion, and revenue targets.

Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate lead databases, customer details, and daily sales activity reports.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure professional communication.

Take ownership of individual targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Plus Two (12th), Diploma, or Degree.

Candidates with incomplete B.Tech qualifications or pending papers/backlogs are also eligible to apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates with a strong interest in sales are welcome.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.

A strong target-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Willingness to work exclusively in the field and travel extensively within assigned areas.

A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
