Job Description

  • Perform routine service, maintenance, and repair of electric two-wheelers (battery, motor, wiring, controller, brakes, suspension, etc.)
  • Handle vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
  • Assist in battery testing, replacement, and connector repairs.
  • Coordinate with the central service team/R&D team for any technical escalation or major issues.
  • Maintain daily service records, job sheets, and customer interaction logs.
  • Manage and maintain tools, spares, and service inventory.
  • Support vehicle delivery setup and pre-delivery inspection whenever required.
