Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with around 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and taxation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes and a willingness to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
• Handle GST and TDS compliance, including calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and timely filing.
• Assist with income tax-related activities and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile customer accounts, bank statements, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment-related queries and outstanding dues.
• Stay updated on changes in taxation, statutory regulations, and accounting practices.
• Take initiative to learn new processes, accounting tools, and additional responsibilities as required.
• Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
• Around 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and statutory compliance.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn new things.
