HIRING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Position: Customer Support Executive
Languages: Hindi | English | Bengali
Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required TAT.
- Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.
- Ensure good customer experience and meet process quality standards.
