Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee record management.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
