🚨 URGENT HIRING | HR RECRUITER

Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team in Kolkata.

📍 Location: Kolkata – On-site

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

⏳ Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

💰 Salary: ₹ 9,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates Preferred

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, referrals and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist and share suitable profiles with clients.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
• Follow up with candidates for interviews, offers and joining.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Work on multiple job openings and recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 6 Months – 2 Years of relevant recruitment experience
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with candidate calling, screening and follow-ups.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Word.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work towards closures.
