Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounts.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
  • Record daily income, expenses, purchases, and sales.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, filings, as applicable.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers or vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
  • Use accounting software such as Tally and Excel.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting errors.
  • Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related information.
