Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
  • Supervise the service teams.
  • Ensure good customer service and handle customer complaints.
  • Manage staff attendance, duties and daily schedules.
  • Check food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock and coordinate with the kitchen for requirements.
  • Handle billing, cash and basic daily reports.
  • Ensure the restaurant opens and closes properly.
  • Train and guide staff when required.
  • Make sure restaurant rules and SOPs are followed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant/hotel mandatory.
  • Good communication in English and Bengali and people-management skills.
  • Responsible, punctual and comfortable handling a team.
