Job Description
• Handle projects under MES, CPWD, PWD, Railways, Defence, or other government departments.
• Study, interpret, and implement civil/structural drawings, layouts, plans, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and coordinate drawing requirements with consultants and project teams.
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurement records, work progress reports, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise procurement, material movement, utilisation, and availability at site.
• Ensure the project is completed within the approved scope, timeline, quality standards, and tender requirements.
