Social Media Intern

The selected candidate will handle the day-to-day execution of social media activities for our clients on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Content materials such as images, videos, reels, and creatives will be provided by our in-house team. The role requires timely posting, basic engagement handling, coordination with the creative team, and support in video shoot direction and script/concept development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post approved content, images, videos, reels, stories, and updates on client social media pages.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts of assigned clients.
• Reply professionally to comments, messages, and queries generated after posting.
• Coordinate with the in-house design, content, and video teams for timely execution.
• Assist in reel ideas, video concepts, captions, hooks, and basic script planning.
• Support video shoots by helping with direction, product presentation, model coordination, and content flow.
• Maintain social media posting schedules and ensure regular updates.
• Track basic engagement, audience response, and customer inquiries.
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, and content ideas.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic caption writing and content idea development ability.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn social media management and digital marketing.
• Comfortable coordinating during video shoots.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic Canva knowledge.
• Interest in reels, short-form videos, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, retail, or real estate content.
• Prior experience handling social media pages will be an advantage.
• Female candidates preferred due to client-facing shoot coordination requirements.
