Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining the company's services, converting inquiries into business, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain the company's services and resolve client queries.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and service delivery.
- Submit daily work reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
