Web Developer

Happy Hommes Group is hiring a Web Developer to build and manage premium websites for our interior design, construction and home service businesses.

Location: Rajarhat–New Town, Kolkata

Job type: Full-time, work from office

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary: Based on skills, experience and portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, launch and maintain professional, mobile-friendly websites for Happy Hommes Interiors and Happy Hommes Design & Build.

• Create attractive landing pages for Google and Meta advertising campaigns.

• Update project portfolios, service pages, photographs, videos, blogs and customer testimonials.

• Integrate enquiry forms, WhatsApp buttons, click-to-call features and CRM connections to capture and route leads.

• Set up and test Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and enquiry conversion tracking.

• Improve website speed, navigation, technical SEO and overall user experience.

• Manage domains, hosting, SSL certificates, backups, security updates and troubleshooting.

• Work with our founders, designers and marketing team to turn business requirements into effective website features.

• Maintain clear documentation and ensure company ownership of website files, accounts and access credentials.

Required Skills:

• Practical experience with WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Working knowledge of PHP, hosting, DNS and website migration.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, technical SEO and website performance.

• Ability to independently complete a website from initial brief to launch.

• Good design sense, attention to detail and reliable delivery.

• Ability to communicate in Bengali or Hindi and understand written English.

Preferred:

• Experience building websites for interior design, architecture, construction or real estate businesses.

• Experience with CRM integrations, APIs and marketing automation.
