Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Website & App Developer with strong programming fundamentals and practical experience in AI-assisted coding and development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, and improving our website and mobile applications.

Must-Have AI Coding Skills

- Must know how to code using AI tools.

- Must be comfortable using Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI coding/development tools.

- Should be able to use AI to write, understand, modify, debug, test, and optimise code.

- Must know how to give effective prompts and use AI to build working websites and applications.

- Must be able to review AI-generated code, identify errors, troubleshoot issues, and make corrections independently.

- Should understand programming fundamentals and be able to use AI as a development tool rather than blindly copy-pasting generated code.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive websites and mobile applications.

- Build new features and improve existing functionalities.

- Use AI-assisted development tools to increase coding and development efficiency.

- Fix bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimise performance.

- Manage website updates, UI changes, and database integrations.

- Ensure websites and apps are responsive, secure, and user-friendly.

- Work closely with the management and marketing team to implement digital requirements.

- Maintain and update existing code and technical infrastructure.

Technical Requirements

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web technologies.

- Knowledge of React / React Native / Flutter / Node.js will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding of databases and APIs.

- Knowledge of website hosting, domains, and deployment is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Freshers with strong practical skills or relevant projects can also apply.

Probation Period

The selected candidate will undergo a 1-month probation period, during which technical skills, coding ability, AI-assisted development skills, performance, and overall work quality will be evaluated.
