Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts operations. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant and assist in day-to-day accounting, compliance, and data management activities.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, and GST-related work, and a willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts in Tally
- Pass purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries
- Support in GST data preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B working)
- Maintain proper records of invoices, e-way bills, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation
- Assist in accounts receivable & payable tracking
- Follow up for outstanding payments (if required)
- Help in preparing data for audit and compliance
- Maintain Excel / Google Sheets reports for MIS and tracking
Good to Have
- Experience with e-invoicing / e-way bill portal
- Interest in using AI tools / automation in accounting
- Exposure to manufacturing accounts
