Job Description
Position: Accountant (Multi-Branch Operations)
Location: Teknoplaza Salt Lake & Hiland Park Branches
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryTeknoplaza is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities across our Salt Lake and Hiland Park branches. The candidate will be required to regularly commute between both branches and ensure accurate financial records, cash controls, and timely reporting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounts, vouchers, receipts, and payment records for both branches.
- Record and reconcile cash, bank, UPI, and cheque transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Verify technician collections, money receipts, and branch cash deposits.
- Process vendor payments and maintain purchase records.
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, expense reports, and branch-wise financial summaries.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements with auditors.
- Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
- Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Maintain employee salary records and support payroll processing.
- Conduct periodic audits of branch stock, cash, and documentation.
- RequirementsB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Salt Lake and Hiland Park branches.
- PreferredExperience in service industry or multi-location operations.
- Familiarity with inventory and spare parts accounting.
