Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Develop architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.

 - Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.

 - Review drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.

 - Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with approved designs and drawings.

 - Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with project teams.

 - Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams for timely project delivery.

 - Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.

 - Maintain proper documentation and drawing/version control.

Required Skills:

 - Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, and construction detailing.

 - Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

 - Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling/rendering tools is an advantage.

 - Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and specifications.

 - Ability to read and interpret structural and MEP drawings.

 - Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 - Good design sense with excellent attention to detail.

 - Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project timelines.

Qualifications:

 - B.Arch. from a recognized institution.

 - COA Registration preferred/required as applicable.
