Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 years
Contemporary Solutions is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage daily interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites.
Responsibilities:
Supervise labour, contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure work follows drawings, quality standards and timelines.
Coordinate civil, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry and other finishing works.
Monitor materials, measurements, usage and wastage.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors and contractors.
Report progress, issues and delays with daily updates and photographs.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness and proper material storage.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, execution or construction supervision.
Knowledge of interior finishing works and basic drawings.
Strong labour and contractor management skills.
Basic Excel and WhatsApp reporting skills.
Willingness to travel across Kolkata and nearby areas.
Commercial, hospitality, residential or corporate interior experience preferred.
Key Skills: Interior Fit-Out, Site Supervision, Labour Management, Contractor Management, Quality Control, Material Management and Interior Finishing.
