Job Description
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle day-to-day sales operations and monitor sales activities.
- Manage and follow up with existing customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate new business through lead generation, prospecting, and customer visits/calls.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, orders, and payment status.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, CRM records, MIS reports, and daily activity reports.
- Support the team in upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical, accounts, logistics, operations, and sales support teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Monitor team performance and assist in setting and tracking individual sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure strong customer relationships.
- Support the Sales Manager in pricing negotiations and closing important deals.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
