Position: Counter Operations & Sales Executive

📍 Location: Mukundapur, Kolkata

⏰ Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹6,000–₹8,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)

Job DescriptionMomo Majesty is looking for a responsible, honest and sales-oriented person to independently manage daily food-cart counter operations, customer service, billing, stock management and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Cash Handling: Manage customer billing, cash and UPI payments, maintain accurate sales records and reconcile collections daily.
• Customer Service & Sales: Take customer orders, explain the menu and actively promote combos, fries and add-on items to increase sales.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain daily stock records, track consumption and wastage, monitor inventory and inform the owner about low-stock items in advance.
• Purchase Coordination: Prepare daily or periodic purchase requirements and coordinate with the owner for replenishment.
• Counter Operations: Ensure smooth order flow, accurate parcel handovers and coordination with the kitchen/service staff.
• Staff Management: Coordinate daily staff duties, monitor attendance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain counter cleanliness, food-handling hygiene, equipment cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
• Daily Reporting: Submit daily sales, cash/UPI collection, expenses, stock balance, wastage and operational updates to the owner through WhatsApp.
• Opening & Closing: Ensure the counter is ready before opening and complete billing, cash reconciliation, stock checks and cleaning at closing.
• Candidate RequirementsBasic billing, cash-handling and calculation skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset and confidence in recommending combos.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills; Excel or digital billing knowledge is an advantage.
• Honest, punctual, responsible and capable of managing counter operations independently.
• Previous experience in a food counter, QSR, fast-food outlet or retail sales is preferred.

ImportantWe are looking for someone who takes ownership of the counter, maintains proper records, actively increases sales and ensures smooth daily operations with minimal supervision.
