We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing customers.

The candidate will be responsible for regularly visiting clients at their business premises, understanding their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular physical visits to existing customers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Meet business owners, accountants and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements, gather feedback and address concerns.
• Coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Follow up on Tally Software Services (TSS) renewals and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for TallyPrime upgrades, TallyDrive, add-ons and other software solutions.
• Maintain daily visit reports and customer interaction records.
• Skills & Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting and interacting with clients.
• Willingness to travel across Kolkata and surrounding areas.
• Presentable, self-motivated and relationship-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of TallyPrime and accounting will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Important: This is a field-oriented position. Regular physical visits to customer premises are an essential part of the job.
