Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops,.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks.
• Install and manage Windows Server environments.
• Configure Active Directory, user management, file sharing, and basic server administration.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support.
• Maintain documentation of service activities.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Laptop Repairing (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).
• Sound knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Firewall configuration and management (Fortinet, Sophos,.) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV, NAS, or virtualization is a plus.
Eligibility:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional practical skills may also apply.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and technical skills)
