About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our ladies garment store. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have a good sense of fashion, and be willing to learn about our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable ladies’ garments.
• Explain product features, sizes, colours, and pricing.
• Maintain the display and presentation of products.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
• Assist with stock checking and product organization.
• Handle billing and basic POS operations when required.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of ladies’ fashion and garments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Sales experience in a garment/fashion store will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹9000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
