Job Role: CRM & Telecalling Executive

Company: Arya Newtech Pvt. Ltd. — LED Lighting Manufacturer

Role Objective

Maintain strong customer relationships, generate business through telecalling, and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Generation
2. 
   

• Call prospective dealers, distributors, electrical contractors, and institutional customers to introduce the company and its LED lighting range.
• Identify customer requirements and share catalogues, product details, and approved offers.
• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings or visits with the sales team.

1. Customer Relationship Management
2. 
   

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate repeat orders and identify new requirements.
• Maintain an updated customer database with contact details, discussion records, requirements, and next follow-up dates.
• Record every enquiry and follow it through to conversion or closure.

1. Quotation & Order Follow-up
2. 
   

• Coordinate with the sales team to send quotations and follow up for customer feedback and order confirmation.
• Record reasons for delayed or lost orders, including pricing, specifications, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with accounts and dispatch for order processing, invoices, dispatch updates, and delivery status.

1. Payment & Service Coordination

• Follow up on outstanding payments as per approved payment terms and record customer commitments.
• Register complaints and warranty requests, coordinate with the concerned team, and update customers until closure.
• Escalate overdue payments and unresolved issues promptly.

1. Daily Reporting
2. 
   

• Submit a daily report covering calls made, meaningful discussions, new leads, quotation follow-ups, orders generated, payment commitments, and pending issues.
• Maintain a clear follow-up schedule and share weekly progress with the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Clear communication in Hindi and English, with a polite and confident telephone manner.
• Working knowledge of Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up discipline, accurate recordkeeping, and coordination skills.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination preferred; electrical or lighting industry experience is an advantage.

Performance Measures

Productive calls, qualified leads, enquiry-to-order conversion, repeat business, timely follow-ups, payment follow-up effectiveness, and accuracy of customer records.

Authority: Communicate only approved prices, discounts, credit terms, delivery commitments, and warranty conditions. Obtain approval before making any exceptions.
