💼 OPEN POSITIONS
🔹 Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Freshers & Experienced
🔹 Customer Support Executive – Inbound calling experience preferred
🔹 Senior CCE – Outbound Process – International outbound sales/closure experience
🔹 Team Leader (TL) – Prior experience in managing teams in an international process
🎯 ELIGIBILITY
✅ Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
✅ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & Above
✅ Age: 18–45 years
✅ Comfortable working in US/Night Shift
✅ Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls effectively
⏰ SHIFT TIMINGS
🌙 Full-Time Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
🌆 Part-Time Evening Shift: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
