Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Private Limited is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our ELD (Electronic Logging Device) Customer Support Process. The selected candidates will assist customers with their queries, provide product and technical support, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to the ELD process, as required.
• Assist customers with ELD devices, applications, account-related queries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Identify, document, and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Achieve assigned performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries patiently.
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts and rotational weekly offs, as per business requirements.
