Educational Counsellor

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Educational Counsellor cum Marketing Executive who can effectively counsel prospective students and parents, understand their educational requirements, promote our courses/programs, and convert enquiries into admissions.

The candidate will be responsible for both student counselling and marketing activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & AdmissionsCounsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, career options, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

• Understand the student's academic background, interests, and requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve assigned admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Assist students throughout the admission process and ensure a smooth experience.

2. Marketing & Lead GenerationDevelop and execute marketing activities to generate new student enquiries.

• Conduct promotional activities through schools, colleges, educational institutions, events, seminars, workshops, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and develop new sources for student leads.
• Coordinate with schools, institutions, organisations, and other potential partners.
• Promote courses and programs through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other marketing channels.
• Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities and offerings.
