  • 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard Delivery Partners
  • Conduct field hiring and candidate sourcing
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding
  • Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
  • ✅ EligibilityMinimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Field Recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in the field
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 💰 Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
