Field Sales Executive

       LENSKART HOME TRY-ON (HTO) FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE 

 Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives for our Home Try-On department. In this customer-facing role, you will visit customers at their homes, conduct eye power checks, and assist them in selecting and purchasing frames and lenses.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Appointments

• Attend up to 6-7 appointments daily
• Travel to customer homes using your two-wheeler

 Equipment Handling

• Carry company-provided kit bag 
• Includes:
• Refraction tools, Machines, iPad and Frames and lenses

 Kit weight: 15–20 kg (optimized to 15 kg)

 Eye Check & Sales

• Conduct preliminary eye checks
• Recommend suitable frames and lenses
• Convert consultations into sales

 Lead Generation

• 60% Company Leads
• 40% Self-Generated Leads

 Training Program

•  Classroom Training (25 Days)
•  Eye Fundamentals
•  Machine & Tool Handling
•  Product Knowledge
•  Sales Process Training
•  Field Training (8–10 Days)
•  Practical Exposure
•  Buddy Support & Shadowing
•  Go Live From Month 2
