Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Partner with the Training & Development team to enhance current training programs and support continuous learning.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all external-facing content aligns with company branding and HR compliance standards.
• Develop, update, and enforce employee policies to foster a productive and legally compliant workplace.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and compliance for US and India operations (e.g., contracts, work authorization, benefits).
• Support daily operational needs across all departments to maintain organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle employee relations and be a point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee data.

Requirements

• Major understanding of HR operations (even if through academic background, internships, or training)
• 0–3 years of experience in HR or related roles — quick learners and freshers are welcome to apply!
• Familiarity with HR practices in India and US is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
