Job Description

Position: Recruiter

Location: Srirampur (Swiggy Warehouse)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates as per the job requirements.
  • Conduct candidate calling and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
  • Achieve recruitment and joining targets.
  • Maintain daily recruitment data and update the Google Sheet regularly.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with candidates until joining.

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Recruitment/field hiring experience preferred.
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach.
