Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter at CAFE DE ROIS, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring the right talent across multiple roles (front-of-house, back-of-house, kitchen, operations, and management). You’ll ensure a smooth recruitment process while promoting our café’s culture and brand as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Partner with café management to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Write and post engaging job ads to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for future roles.
• Onboard selected candidates, ensuring smooth integration into the CAFE DE ROIS culture.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Represent the brand professionally and promote CAFE DE ROIS as an attractive workplace.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in recruitment (hospitality or F&B industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and high-volume hiring.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms, social media hiring, and networking.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
