Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Interior Designer to design and develop functional, attractive, and practical interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts and drawings, creating 3D models and renderings, and coordinating with execution teams to ensure designs are implemented as planned.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements, preferences, and project specifications.

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, construction drawings, and architectural drawings.

Create 3D models, layouts, and realistic renderings using 3D Max, 3ds Max, and Google SketchUp.

Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.

Select suitable materials, furniture, finishes, colors, and lighting concepts.

Ensure designs comply with applicable architectural codes, regulations, and construction requirements.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Review site measurements and ensure designs are suitable for execution.

Make design modifications based on client feedback and site requirements.

Monitor project progress and ensure design specifications are followed.

Maintain project drawings, design files, and documentation.

Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and construction practices.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Strong knowledge of Interior Designing and Architectural Designing.

Proficiency in 3D Max / 3ds Max, Google SketchUp, and 3D Rendering.

Knowledge of construction drawings and architectural drawings.

Understanding of interior design regulations and architectural codes.

Good knowledge of materials, finishes, space planning, and design principles.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Good coordination and client-handling skills.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Fixed: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
