Hiring for Blended Travel Process – Newtown, Kolkata
We are hiring for an International Blended Travel Process for our Newtown, Kolkata office. Candidates with excellent communication skills and customer handling experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Role:
- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels
- Assist customers with travel-related services including bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel support
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns within defined timelines
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge required
