INVESTMENT & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Financial Services Executive to handle multiple financial products and services of Vian Capital. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, investment product servicing, market research, stock analysis, trading-related activities and promoting suitable financial products as per applicable regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Market & Trading

Monitor stock market movements and market trends.

Assist in trading and investment-related activities.

Track client portfolios and provide regular updates.

Maintain proper records of transactions and client requirements.

Stock Analysis

Conduct basic fundamental and technical analysis of stocks.

Research companies, sectors and market trends.

Prepare investment research and market reports as assigned.

Support senior analysts in investment-related research.

Mutual Funds

Generate leads and acquire new mutual fund clients.

Explain mutual fund products, SIPs and investment options to clients.

Assist clients with documentation, transactions and servicing.

Maintain long-term client relationships.

Insurance Products

Generate leads for Life, Health and General Insurance products.

Understand client requirements and explain suitable products.

Coordinate documentation, applications and policy servicing.

Follow all applicable insurance regulations and company guidelines.

Loan Products

Generate leads for eligible loan products.

Understand customer requirements and collect necessary documents.

Coordinate with lenders/financial institutions for processing.

Follow up with clients until the application process is completed.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Develop new client relationships through calls, meetings, references and networking.

Maintain existing client relationships.

Understand customer financial requirements and route them to the appropriate authorised product/service.

Achieve assigned business and client-servicing targets.

Cross-Selling

Introduce relevant Vian Capital financial products and services to existing clients.

Identify opportunities across investments, insurance, loans and other authorised financial services.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain daily activity and sales reports.

Maintain accurate client and transaction records.

Follow company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Do not make unauthorised investment promises, guaranteed-return claims or recommendations outside the employee's permitted role/authorisation.
