Job Title: Loan executive

Department: Banking & Financial Services

Job Type: Full-Time

Job OverviewWe are hiring dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executives for PNB loan products, including Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Education Loans. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in sales and business development.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire customers for PNB Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Education Loans.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers, dealers, builders, educational institutions, and other referral partners as applicable.
  • Follow up with customers to collect documents and support the loan application process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with the bank and internal teams for application processing and customer updates.
  • Salary & BenefitsIn-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month
  • Petrol Allowance: As per company policy
  • PF: Applicable as per policy
  • Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
  • Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers with good sales skills and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales and customer meetings.
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred for field sales roles.
