Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the lifecycle of our export and domestic orders, from sample development to final dispatch. Working directly with our manufacturing floor and global B2B clients, you will act as the key bridge between buyers, production teams, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution, precise quality standards, and strict adherence to delivery timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end order execution for leather goods, bags, small accessories, and textile-based product lines.
• Coordinate sample development processes, ensuring prototypes match buyer tech packs, material specifications, and hardware requirements (such as zippers and metal fittings).
• Source and procure raw materials (including leather, canvas, linings, hardware, and packaging components) while negotiating costs and tracking supplier lead times.
• Create and maintain detailed production tracking sheets, bill of materials (BOM), and costing summaries.
• Bridge communication between international clients and internal production/stitching floors to clarify technical requirements and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
• Monitor production milestones daily to ensure cut-to-pack schedules are met without compromising quality.
• Coordinate inspection processes, final packing lists, and dispatch documentation with logistics teams.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate degree in any discipline; specialized qualifications in fashion merchandising, leather goods design, or apparel production are a strong plus.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on merchandising experience within a manufacturing or export house (preferably dealing in leather goods, garments, or accessories).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for order tracking and BOM management.
• Clear understanding of manufacturing workflows, raw material behavior, and quality parameters.
• Communication: Exceptional, fluent written and spoken English for professional correspondence with global buyers and designers.
