📢 Hiring: Receptionist / Front Office Executive
Location: Avisha Rooms & Banquet | Kestopur, Kolkata
Avisha Rooms & Banquet is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!
📋 Job Requirements
- Age 25-45 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi (English proficiency will be an added advantage)
- Experience in customer service, guest handling, billing, and front desk operations
- Ability to maintain registers, documentation, and official records
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Willingness to work 10-hours shifts (11am to 9pm)
- Flexible and capable of handling challenging situations professionally
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate
- 1-1.5 years or more of experience in a reputed organization preferred
