Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and direct clients.
- Visit prospective clients, architectural firms, project sites, and existing customers.
- Present our architectural lighting, decorative lighting, and smart automation solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for product selection, quotations, and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercials, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Invite prospective clients to our lighting experience studio for product presentations.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years minimum of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in lighting, electrical products, interior products, building materials, furniture, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting architects, interior designers, and premium clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
