📑 ROLE OVERVIEW:-
* Positions - Sales Officer (SO) & Senior Sales Officer (SSO)
* Department - Home Loans
/ LAP / Mortgage
* Sourcing Strategy - Open Market / Direct Sales Agent / Real Estate sites & Builder Promoters
* Compensation (CTC) - Up to ₹3.24 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) + High Incentives
* Age Limit - Up to 44 Years
* Qualification - Graduation &
H.S. (Only if experienced in Home loan/LAP/Mortgage
* Work Locations - Sector V (Salt Lake) & Triangular Park (South Kolkata)
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
✓ Open Market Sourcing : Drive direct field sales activities to acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP across assigned territories in Kolkata.
✓ Lead Generation Network : Build, map and nurture a robust network of local builders, real estate connectors, architects, and chartered accountants for consistent business referrals.
✓ Customer Consulting & Processing : Meet prospective clients, assess their financial profiles, explain suitable loan structures/eligibility and handle initial negotiations.
