Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage a team, achieve business targets, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage team members.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Track daily reports and share performance updates with management.
Handle customer or client escalations professionally.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and achievement of targets.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Team management and coordination.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
