• Woodrock Infotech_ Kolkata _ Hiring for Quality Analyst*

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team, someone who is diligent about quality and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities-

• Must be a confident communicator and be able to build rapport with the team
• Adaptive Capacity, Self-Starter/Initiator, Coachable, Metrics Capable, Quality/Accuracy, Critical Thinker/Problem-Solver and Accountable.
• Need to do call barging & auditing.
• Monitor the Associates performances.
• Work with TL and moderators on ways to improve performance KPIs
• Investigate errors and conduct sample moderations, ‘call out’ moderators, and conduct weekly one on one’s.
• Calibrate and refresh/train team on required policy.

Criteria-

• Need to have at least 1 year of experience as a quality Analyst.
• Must have a good communication skill in English.
• Must have hands on experience in using QC tools.
