The Gourmet Glaze is looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our brand, expand our customer base, and drive sales across B2B, B2C, and corporate orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field research to identify market opportunities, potential clients, and business partnerships.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote and grow the brand.
• Drive sales through B2B, B2C, bulk, and corporate orders.
• Meet prospective clients, build strong business relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Explore new sales channels and opportunities to expand brand visibility and revenue.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Smart, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Confident in initiating conversations, networking, and converting leads into sales.
